About the meaning of life and power of visualization

I'm sure we've all wondered about the meaning of life at some point. I once had a conversation with a student of mine about this. He was 17 years old, had a very interesting perspective on the world, and was incredibly intelligent. He was autistic, and in my opinion, a genius. I had individual lessons with him. I don't know how we got to the point, but after some thought, Sam said that, in his opinion, the meaning of life is being happy! I was deeply moved by his statement. I agreed and said, "Yes!" You're absolutely right! The meaning of life is to be joyful, happy, and grateful for everything we have. The meaning of life is to explore the beauty of this world and achieve the most perfect version of yourself.

've always been fascinated by the topic of building our dream reality, creating the most perfect version of ourselves. If we can refine various stones and minerals, purify water, we can equally refine and purify our inner selves. I've read, and continue to read, many books on self-development. These books suggest that to achieve something truly unique, brilliant, and incredible in life, we must properly attune our heart, soul, and intuition. We must attune to a specific field, specific wavelengths, a specific dimension where the wisdom of the Universe is stored. When we connect with the divine field of infinite possibilities, the Universe sends us "downloadable files." The authors of the books I'm currently reading agree that all masterpieces and inventions have never been the fruit of the mind and intellect, but of the soul and heart.

"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the enchantment of mystery. It is a feeling that stands at the cradle of true art and true science. He who does not know it and cannot wonder, cannot experience delight, is as dead as a blown-out candle." Albert Einstein

I think I've made many significant changes in my thinking and behavior over the past week. I'm now observing my thoughts, habits, and behaviors even more closely. Yesterday I had a very interesting reflection. When we move forward toward our goals, we shouldn't look back or sideways. How are you supposed to reach your goal if you don't look ahead, but rather look down or constantly look back? If you want to reach your goal, and for me, that goal is my new dream life, then I need to imagine my new version of myself as often as possible, to behave and think as if I already am that version. Our vision must be clear, vivid, and appealing to our senses. It must be as intense as if it were happening in real life. Our vision must be distinct, tangible, and truly mind-blowing (in a positive sense). Because in reality, this version of myself, this reality I so desperately desire, already exists. You just need perseverance and strength to get closer to it, to break through, to get through. The most important thing is to desire this reality with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength! I imagine this reality lies behind some kind of curtain, and I must reach this curtain and part it. I imagine this reality exists behind a frosted window; I just need to melt the frost with the intensity of my thoughts and visualizations.

The most important thing is not to dilute our intentionality. Our imagination, our visualization, must be colorful, intense, and consistent. In this way, day by day, it will begin to take on more contours, shapes, and colors. It will become increasingly solid and tangible, as solid and tangible as my current reality. Replacing an old reality with a new one is like replacing film in a camera. If we truly desire a better quality of life, we will never lack the courage to imagine and experience that quality in our minds every day. I will observe my thoughts even more closely, paying attention to their color, shape, scent, and vibration. I want to cultivate only and exclusively thoughts that program my mind for success—development, happiness, love, abundance, wealth, and all the wonders of this world.

To summarize, I want to say that if we are not cultivating any constructive, beautiful thoughts at a given moment, it is best to savor emptiness and silence. Complete emptiness is better than a sour thought that serves no good or sublime purpose. If we want to change our current life and reality, we must first change our daily habits. All we need to do is change our thinking habits, the way we spend our free time, our routines, and with increasing regularity, we will surprise ourselves. I am now changing the color of my thoughts from gray and black to thoughts pulsating with color and bright energy. I am playing a mental game: outsmart negative, unserving thoughts, false thoughts originating from the ego. How can you outsmart these ego thoughts? Observe them with an eagle's eye, with the precision of a watchmaker. When you spot such a false thought, replace it with a good and positive one.
